• Version Checks: The app periodically checks for updates by sending its current version and platform to our servers.

2. Data We DO NOT Collect

Your privacy is paramount. We explicitly do NOT collect:

• Your Content: The contents of your Markdown files, converted documents, or file names never leave your device.
• Personal Information: We do not collect names, email addresses, or location data.
• IP Addresses: We do not log IP addresses from application usage.

3. Data Processors

We use trusted third-party services to help maintain the application:

• Sentry Inc. (USA): For crash reporting and error tracking.
• Supabase Inc. (EU/Frankfurt): For database services related to version control and anonymous stats.

4. Payment Data

Payments are processed securely by our authorized resellers (e.g., Gumroad, Paddle, or LemonSqueezy). We do not store or have access to your credit card information. Please refer to the payment processor's privacy policy for details.

5. Your Rights

• Opt-Out: You can disable all optional data collection (crash reporting and usage stats) in the application settings.
• Deletion: You may request the deletion of any data associated with you (if any exists) by contacting us.
• We respect your rights under the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
